A little concerned that I'm losing weight on this new plant-based nutrition plan. Still eating at pre-plant-based kCal but on a different macros breakdown. Not sure if I'm losing size though yet. Still too early to tell. BUT, I'm still breaking plateaus. Did it again on my Standing Military Press. Looking forward to see what results I can achieve next week!
