untung d fs banyak org yg support n kasih kasih saran positif,akhirnya setelah tiap hari turun terus rata2 perhari 4 ons..skrg dah normal lg k 0,5-1 per week..karna gw mau diet sehat.bukan sekedar diet turun timbang an...thx a lot buat ka memmyself saranny kemarin..udh kembali fit
