So I've lost 4.5 pounds this week. I am ecstatic! I'm proud to announce that I have officially lost ALL of the baby weight from my second daughter who is 3 months old now. I have about 17 more pounds to go before I lose the weight from my first daughter who will be 3 years old in November....funny how that works out....lol
I haven't felt so good and so proud of myself in such a long time! Despite all of the drama going on in my life it's nice to know that I am in control of my food intake and the food no longer controls me! It's such an invigorating feeling! I'm so happy with the progress I have made so far. Since starting Atkins I have dropped 18.5 pounds!! I am so pumped and I am excited to start exercising regularly to keep the weight loss going strong!
