昨晚買了家人的鹹酥雞,也為自己買了雞脖子2份、柳葉魚1份、花枝1份...還偷吃了隊友和小孩的炸雞蛋豆腐..大約15塊、炸米血糕4塊。小孩昨晚足球比賽回到家已經10:30,等我們吃完已經11點多...小孩睡覺後我還要整理一下忙東忙西..一點多才睡覺..已經習慣早起,快5點就起床...面對體重器我早就能預測到會是什麼樣變化🤦🏽‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣
宵夜、熬夜是減肥殺手啊😫😫😫
