7 hari defisit kalori turun lumayan tapi lemes dan pusing, makan 1x. Kalori masuk cuma 500-700. Setelah baca baca ini ekstrem dan gak baik akhirnya diubah pola nya.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
