4.5 可能工作忙 壓力大,最近午餐食量越來越大,吃完一大盤還想吃東西,這幾天除了蘋果、芭樂每天還多吃了兩顆橘子、公婆種的超甜又Q彈的香蕉..工作太忙,除了早上的快走一小時,晚上的TABATA已經快一個禮拜沒跳了..體重在55左右徘徊一陣子了,沒想到這兩天開始又掉一些些了!今天居然看到了53字頭..那數字曾經是10幾年前的回憶了呀!😁😁😁
