yey! nakonec-to! perezhila mesyachnye (ves nikak ne dvigalsya down, ne smotrya na strogoe slezhenie za kaloriyami i usilennye workouts), teper delo sdvinulos, staraus podderzhivat -1200, shto by vyiti na average -1000 za fevral, ne sovsem legko, no zato tak s neterpeniem zhdu uzhina, hehe
