I’m so darn happy about another 2 pounds lost! Weight Watchers is relatively easy and I’m not starving! I’m trying not to smoke, Wednesday 11/20 was Day #1. Also on that day I watched a documentary about plant based diets, and I’ve decided that I don’t want to eat animals anymore. It’s going to be very complicated for me because chicken & eggs are my go-to meals, I’ll have to learn how to cook because plants are very boring without preparation. But I’m going to try. I went the whole day yesterday without meat or dairy, ate the same number of points but much more carbs & fruit. I woke up today feeling fatigued. I decided this morning to slow it back just a little, and allow myself eggs, cheese and milk until I get a hang of vegetarianism. My goal is to omit all dairy starting Jan 1, and work towards learning great meatless recipes.
