Another small step in the right direction....here's to keeping it moving.

Today did 30 min of Zumba Express and the Zumba Flat Abs workout.
130.9 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
