1 week with no rice in my diet! I am pretty proud of myself. This challenge came up pretty effortless for me. And I am already getting used to smaller meals. Water also had helped me feeling full and cleanses my system. I also never forget to take calcium and vitamins.

Nice start!
104.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
