Being vegetarian for a week was tough. I was very tired, and slipped off my diet many times. I’m back to chicken, eggs and turkey. I fell off my diet and lost some control, I really wanted to be 199 by 1/1 but that’s very unlikely. But still, 11 pounds lost since Nov 3rd! I do feel it in my clothes :)
