vot i proshol mesyac, po raschetam dnevnika dolzhna byla pohudet na 6.8 poundov, no pohudela na 6 shto ochen blizko k proschitanomu, posle marta esli opyat budet menshe - to ya nepravilno schitau sportivnye activities. v lyubom sluchae ya ochen schastliva, eto moi samyi nizkij ves za poslednie 5 let! tak derzhat!
80.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
