I've been at a Curves, wasn't bad I actually lost a lot of weight and the machines really help u to push yourself. After the workout u can go to a computer and see exactly what muscle group you worked out. Green is good, Orange is okay, and red means you were lacking.
Only thing about curves was that everything works in a circuit and if you have been there a long time it tends to get boring, doing exactly the same exercises in the same order every day.

Curves sounds interesting. I’ve heard great things about the atmosphere and people see results. If you don’t mind saying, how often do you work out in a day typically (before the injury)?

Now that you mention it that could become boring but I mean it’s not very different from training alone at the gym haha

I used to workout twice a day everyday before my injury. I was toned and fit. Now I’m flabby and can barely tackle three stirs in succession lol

That’s how I feel! My body’s begging me to workout but I’m being lazy. I should jump back into it. Good luck with your class and hope you enjoy Curves

I did enjoy it a lot! I am definitely thinking of joining! It felt amazing to get active again!!
You need a small push and then that bit of laziness dissolves. I know the feeling
