So far so good my body is re-adapting itself to my extreme regiment that I give it every day and with the food I am eating is definitely helping to get be back on track and make my goal of being under 200 by the end of this month no matter what it takes I am going to do it!!!!! Root me on folks!!!!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 41.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I'm in your corner! As I said before I'm back! I plan on being under 200lbs. by no later than mid November. Had to change my goal date because of the unforseen drastic move we recently did. Good luck and I am here for you if you need.
