Great day today...Did very well with my eating. I am low on calories but I'm full. Coached soccer practice Tuesday and Thursday. Have been busy getting Ellie's outgrown fall clothes on ebay. Hope to get in a good workout tomorrow.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
