Gained! Another time that I ate later in the evening so I did not burn the extra calories off before going to bed. I will try harder not to eat so late this next week.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
