Finally lost a little weight. My work schedule last week I had to get up about 2 hours earlier. I tried not to eat my regular meals early though - that may have helped. This week I work my regular schedule.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
