Don’t feel guilty, most of us are in the same boat. And honestly, what’s the point if we can’t live a little and let loose once in a while (like Christmas🤷🏽♀️). As long as you enjoyed yourself, then your spirit benefited. So now we reset and continue our health journey, leave the guilt behind because it won’t do anything for you. Rather reset / re-focus and remember to be kind and patient with yourself. You’ve got this 🙌🏾
