Lost 2.3kg in 5 days. Its a good start to get back to my normal weight BUT getting family over for a week..so my weight will be wishy washy. The actual healthy and daily gym starts on the 15th of Jan. Whoopy, excited times ahead!!💪🏻🍏🥒🍎🥦🚴🏼♀️
