So I started this weightloss on 1.1. not really because it was the new year, but because I knew I wouldnt have been able to really be on a strict diet during Christmas. 🎄 I did try to eat reasonably since about mid of December though when I stepped on the scale and it showed 58kg which for my 159cm is not as little as it seems. (I had 52 in the summer so thats one pound a month gain. 😱 )

Its true that I dont have much weight to lose yet, but I want to start before it gets out of control. I cannot fit into my two favourite jeans I could easily wear this summer.
I tried them on this morning, because in the mirror, when I look at myself, I though I looked the same as in the summer and that it could be OK, but I still could not zip them up.

I gained weight after I got my new job, which I love, but we have workplace snacks provided. I used to eat very healthily and wouldnt buy or eat chocolates, biscuits or crisps, but when it is free, right in front of me and everyone else around me is eating them, it is very hard to say no. 😳
I told myself I will only try to enjoy it for one month, then the excitement of new foods will wear off and I will continue eating like me. Didnt happen quite that way... Obviously 😅

So now I am on this journey again with 56kg now, and I have 4 more to go, so hopefully I will be able to resist now, the first week back at work was very hard. 😟 (I didnt do perfect but I did quite well I think)
56 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
