nimbang yg bagus it siang.kalau nimbang pagi emng biasanya turun .tp kalau siang pasti naik lg.soalnya saya kalau nimbang pagi bsa turun 2 kg eh pas nimbang siang naik lg 2 kg haha

Akusih ngikutin saran dr beberapa orang di fs kalo nimbang harus diwaktu yg sama terus misalnya nimbang setiap jam 6 pagi terus , atau jam 2 siang terus gitu heheh
