besok mau cheat meals buat makan siang,bimbang antara mau makan bigmac atau richeese fire chicken☹️

Bikin aja sendiri sis. Itu karbo nya lumayan bisa 600-700 kcal. Aku kadang kalo mau burger akalin pake roti gandum sari roti 2 helai + telor ceplok + keju 1 helai + mayonais + saus + timun + selada. Lumayanlah ada 400an kalorinya.
