Am excited lost 4lbs with sticking to my slim fast diet. I started a challenge on wed too. So I have been drinking water 64oz and walking atleast 20 min a day. Plus i have been working out on my Wii got an hour in yesterday and today. I am already seeing some changes in my body. So too all of you out there like me keep going you are your own worst enemy.
112.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
