7 hari diet oatmeal turun 1kgan-2kg krna timbangan sy yg jarum jdi agak susah nentuin angka, yg pasti tdi pagi sudh menyentuh 64 (tapi sy kurang yakin itu 64pas mungkin 64 sekian)
64.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
