Been drinkin ONLY water everyday. Getting a lil boring lately..but I keep on it. Been craving juices..which maybe my body telling me I need some vitamins. As far as walking..I did my 5 days last week. Had a nice few days off on Sat, Sun & today..but will be walking for the next 5 days. I'm loving it..gives me fresh air, a good lil sweat, and it makes for good thinking time.

I've been drinking ALOT of water myself. I also crave something different, so I've been getting decafinated Crystal light Iced Tea. No more than 1 tub a day, it's about 40 calories /day. I still drink at least a gallon of water, but the Crystal light, whatever the flavor will break it up for you.
Also, get a good multi vitamin supplement. No matter what diet you are on, if it's not completely balanced, we're missing something. Iron (no meat) or calcium,(no dairy) or C if you're not eating fruits are good examples. Juices are a good source of vitamin C.. but also a really good source of SUGAR!

I love the outside walking time, too. Especially this time of year - enjoy! Great job with the water intake!

Know what you mean - so far I've only been drinking water, too, but I sure would kill for a mango slushie! But I do think that only water is helping me out not only in the calories I skip but in my pocketbook! An added bonus!!!! I think it is a really good challenge. Keep up the great work!
