Figured last week was a fluke...I wouldn’t lose weight two weeks in a row lol story of my life I cannot lose past 170ish literally been on this weight cycle for months...so hard not to throw in the towel
80.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
