Have you ever tried just eating the egg whites when you do the hard-boiled eggs? When I'm feeling lacking in protein, I'll boil 3 eggs and eat the egg whites. It cuts the calories and fat in half while still giving the full protein! Actually, it cuts the fat pretty much completely out.. for 3 eggs (just whites), it's a little over 50 calories and less than 0.5 g fat!

I could be mistaken but I thought most of the protein was in the yoke? Also most of the fat in egg yoke is actually good cholestrol which our bodies need.

Sorry to butt in here but the nerd in me remembers from culinary school that the yolk contains almost half the protein in the egg and 2/3 the daily limit of cholesterol. Eggs whites are def a good choice for protein without the fat (O:

Yes when I make any egg dish for mysel I use only 1 full egg and the whites of 2 to 3 whites, they are just as nice that way, and def must be good for you as I seem to not be hungry for hrs after
