seminggu makan nggak ke kontrol, minggu ini kerja deadline dari pagi-sore,capek, alhasil naik lagi naik lagi 😂
54.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
