I'm really just not feeling well today. Tired and a bit lethargic. I've got some grumbling in my upset stomach. I was kind of starting to wonder if I didn't get something not so good to eat.
On a better note, I did check in with Medi today. Because their weigh in was after I had already eaten breakfast and lunch and consumed at leaste a gallon of water,( I drink approx. 2 gallons of water a day),I had sill lost 3 lbs this week from last Thursday. I can live with that, I wish it had been better but yatahay.
Medi also measured my waist but I think she pulled the tape too hard, it was pretty tight and I don't think it's been that tight before. If she was right, and I know she's not this time, I've lost 5" in my waist in 21 days! Even if it's 4, I'd be good with that too.
