Pleased with the weight loss this week, getting over the hungry feeling now, working very hard at gym with personal trainer (that wants to kill me...lol) 3 times a week.
132.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
