Uda setahun turun, mulai naik 4kg mau coba diet lagi buat ke BB ideal tapi mood acak acakannn niat terus terusan naik turun muluuuu YAMPUNNN 😭😭😭
65.5 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
