Only lost 500g this week - the least amount I’ve lost in a week to date. I was doing OMAD and think maybe I ate too little? Also was a very stressful week so maybe my body is holding onto everything. A little disappointing.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
