Oyy... Need to get back on the horse with being healthy. I've basically been eating like crap and I need to stop. No more eating out or eating fast. Need to plan ahead and take control!
74.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
