I gained a pound. Oh well, it's not really the end of the world, I know where things went a little wonky. Besides, it's all about feeling good, right? And I do, so I don't really care about that gain all that much. I'm gonna work out a little today, then tomorrow if I have the time, then I'll be back to going in the right direction.
