I exercised 6 out of 7 days this week. My food choices are better, but need to focus on reducing the amount of food on my plate.
Hey, I lost a few pounds & it feels pretty good. 15 more to go!!!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
