Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I’m back up to almost more than when I started. I’ve got 12 weeks to get back on track. Exercise has to increase and chocolate has to leave my diet.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Some chocolate is OK, depends on what kind. I use cocoa powder in various ways, obviously mixed with sweetner. Good luck.
