Ahhhhh, 3 day fat fast appears to have helped with getting off the 5 lbs gain that wouldn't seem to go away over the past two weeks. May do this occasionally.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 43.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
