Did really well with my eating this past week. The exercise was very hit and miss due to headaches issues. I'm hoping for a better week and get the exercise back on track. Thankfully I was still able to lose this week which helps keep the motivation going. Hit the 35lbs lost mark this weekend which is another motivator. I'm charging ahead!!!
125.6 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
