Pagi nimbang, abis BAK, tapi memang belum BAB, tidak terkejut 😄. Naiknya sampai hampir 5 gram sendiri, yang penting anak happy dan ada kenangan di hari ultahnya 🤗. Kembali ke track dengan water fasting 20 jam (terakhir minum manis jam 11 malam kemarin), dan nanti mau buka jam 7 malam).
69.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
