Fasted Friday 6pm to Saturdsay almost 9pm for religous purposes.
Ate some Indian food Sat. night.
Had brunch: 2 eggs, 2 toast, and 3 small dollar pancakes with amaretto agave nectar.
Dinner was BAD: 2 beef hotdogs with bun with ketchup and relish. AND a bowl and a half of oyster stew.
I made hot dogs for my kids and thought'd they'd both eat 2, guess not. So I did the dumb thing and ate them myself : (
74.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
