2minggu yg lalu sempet turun ke 56.7 & lupa update,skrng naek lagi ke angka 57.4
rada sedih,tp gpp semangat lagi.
wajar aj naek. yg biasa ga pernah makan ayam goreng atau gorengan..ini malah selama 2 Minggu hampir tiap hari makan ayam goreng. 😁
57.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
