Bismillahirrahmanirrahim Perlahan dan pasti,, Alhamdulillah setelah beberapa minggu stuck di 98,, Akhirnya td pagi nimbang turun jg,,
96.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
