Disappointment is our body's way of telling us something is not right. Evaluated why you are disappointed, write it down. Go after that disappointment and eliminate that disappointment by making a list of things you need to start Doing in order to eliminate that disappointment. You have to use the fire of anger sometimes to activate this ability, and remember, the power is yours!
