A little frustrated with the scale today....arggghhh!
126.6 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the encouragement. I just get annoyed when it stays the same for very long, especially when I had hoped to lose a bit more this week... It started to head the right direction today. Hooray!
