Haloo, dulu biasa aku nginput ga sesuai sama hari pas aku nimbang yaa. Ga mungkin satu minggunya langsung 3kg hehehe. Bisa aja pas yang 74 itu aku nginputnya telat, terus yang 71 emang bener pas hari itu. Jadi kesannya seminggu 3kg turunnya☺️
