Going to the PSP retreat tonight. We're having pizza and chips and pretzels and soda and junk food. Have planned for 2 slices, and am going to avoid the other stuff as best I can.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
