I love Chinese and I miss it with all of my being...lol...dramatic, but seriously, I do. Last week I ate way too many low carb ice cream popsicles, and sugar free chocolate puddings because I was craving sweets during TOM.... and I'm sure that affected my weight loss this week...so just get back on track today and it'll come off. Watch out for those atkins products. I try to limit mine to emergencies only. They don't keep me full very long and it's better to get your carbs from "real" food...they're great in a pinch, though...I do eat them a couple times a week...
