lg ngalamin stuck udh 2 minggu..hihihi entah lah lanjut diet ini tp ga ketat amat..hiit cardio jalan tp segitu mulu..seama diet baru ngalamin stuck selama ini..ada saran kah sahabat fs..apa prefer break diet dl aja??
