Apparently, sleeping enough and not getting food unlisted on the schedule helps a lot here (but there was nothing else to eat and I was hungry!). And my recent days have been the complete opposite. Oh well, it's never too late to keep trying, which is what I am gonna do!
64.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
