Halo kakak2 mau tanya nih, jadi target kalori harian aku harusnya 1700 tapi aku potong jadi 1100 aja dan kadang cuma sampe 900++ aja udah sama makan malam, kira2 bagus gak ya? Kalo ngga bagus, harusnya berapa ya? Makasih
